- Employs early childhood professionals with 12 to 25 years of experience
- Provides a setting for research projects in multiple UCF departments
- Has NAEYC accreditation–only nine percent of the nation’s centers are accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children, which is considered the highest accrediting association for childcare centers
- Engages nearly 500 students per year through applied learning and other programs
