Students have the Opportunity to Meet Employers

Jump-start your job search at the 2016 Fall Career Expo on Sept. 28 at 10 a.m.-3 p.m. in the CFE Arena. This is an excellent opportunity to meet employers who are recruiting students and alumni for full-time and part-time professional opportunities. The Career Expo is open to UCF students and alumni only.

For a list of participating employers, visit: https://career.ucf.edu/ [1].

Professional attire is required. Some examples include a professional suit, dress shirt with tie, and dress shoes with socks.; professional skirt or pant suit, blouse and dress shoes with appropriate hosiery.

Students wearing sneakers, sandals, flip flops, slides, slippers, house shoes, shorts, denims, T-shirts, or other attire deemed too casual or otherwise inappropriate will not be admitted into the event.

Bring up-to-date resumes.

Be prepared: Attend events during Career Readiness Week from Sept. 19 – 23 in the CSEL building. Practice your interview skills and sharpen your resume with employers. This is a great opportunity to network and prepare for the Expo. Helpful career prep workshops, Lunch and Learns and professional headshots will also be available.
