The Student Development and Enrollment Services (SDES) Civility Campaign Horizontal Team is promoting “Civility in Action” specifically in the classroom, environment, workplace and beyond through five contests. All original work should reflect this theme. Students have the opportunity to win book scholarships and display their work.

Prizes will be awarded in each of the following categories:

  • Photography
  • Traditional Media (Painting, Sketches and Sculpture)
  • Digital Media
  • Literary Writing (essay or poem)
  • Short Film (under 1 minute)

    • Contests Awards:

  • Five 1st Place Book Scholarships: $150 each
  • Five 2nd Place Book Scholarships: $100 each
  • Five 3rd Place Book Scholarships: $25 each
