April is Stress Awareness Month. UCF Wellness and Health Promotion Services and Counseling and Psychological Services has join the national effort to educate and help students learn about effective coping skills and work on ways to reduce the stress you experience on a daily basis.

Stress is a normal emotional response to the demands of life and the world around you-like a situation or an event. The key to minimizing unhelpful stress is to first become aware of it. You cannot change what you cannot see. Stress does not merely afflict the mind; it can also affect people on a cellular level.

WHPS and CAPS Stress Management events offer various opportunities to recognize and help reduce stress. For full schedule, click here.
