The University of Central Florida’s Arboretum will host a Fall Harvest Feast for members of the UCF community on Friday, Dec. 6.

Interested participants are invited to select and take home a type of produce from the Arboretum’s community garden to use in preparing a dish for a potluck lunch.

Produce includes broccoli, pumpkins, sugarcane, papaya, greens, bananas, lemons, key limes and a variety of herbs.

Ingredients will be available for pick up from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 5, in the Arboretum office, trailer 525, behind the Harris Corporation Engineering Center and College of Optics and Photonics buildings.

Covered dishes will be shared at noon Friday in the Arboretum office.

To participate in the Harvest Feast, RSVP to arboretum@ucf.edu and let Arboretum staff know what you plan to make.
