From floral and décor to entertainment and planning; learn what it takes to produce award-winning events, when the event industry’s leading experts share their secrets of success at the National Association of Catering & Events (NACE) Education Summit, held on Friday, March 1, 2013. This exciting, all-day seminar for event professionals will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Darden Auditorium at the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management.

NACE is offering free admission – a $145 value – to UCF Rosen College students who are interested in attending the summit. However, students must register online in advance to take advantage of the offer. To register, visit www.orlandonace.com.

“This is an incredible opportunity for our students to meet and learn from the event industry’s top professionals,” said Dr. Mary Jo Ross, UCF Rosen College assistant professor and moderator for the NACE Education Summit.

The NACE Education Summit will feature a discussion panel comprised of award-winning event professionals, as well as presentations from Tony Porcellini and Ed DiAntonio from the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort.

Additional breakout sessions will be held, with linen, floral, décor, audio visual, and entertainment presentations.

A meet & greet session will also be held at the end of the seminar, when attendees can network with the speakers.

Throughout the all-inclusive seminar, lunch and a variety of refreshments will be served to attendees.
