UCF Continuing Education has launched an initiative to award digital certification badges for qualilfied recipients to include on social media channels or embed in online resumes.
The digital badges come with links to data such as the organization that awarded it and the skills and achievements that it represents. The badges are in addition to traditional certificates of completion.
After students complete a program and demonstrate the skills required, Continuing Education program managers award the badges.
Several courses have started offering the badges, and more are due to join the program this year. The current badges are available for:
