The UCF College of Business Administration (#UCFBusiness) will be hosting its third-annual real estate conference this Wednesday, May 6, from 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. at The Ballroom at Church Street in Downtown Orlando.
“Developing Opportunities: The Future of the Central Florida Real Estate Market” will feature keynote speeches from UCF President John C. Hitt, Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer and noted journalist and urbanist Greg Lindsay, the co-author of Aerotropolis: The Way We’ll Live Next.
The conference is being presented by the college’s Dr. P. Phillips Institute for Research and Education in Real Estate and Dr. P. Phillips School of Real Estate. Topics to be covered include UCF Downtown, Creative Village and the expansion of Orlando International Airport. Panel discussions will cover commercial real estate development and investment trends and the state of the economy.
