During the month of February, UCF will recognize, celebrate and salute the accomplishments of Black Americans of the past, present and future. Various offices and departments at UCF have developed programs, presentations, events and scheduled speakers to showcase and educate our campus community.
One of President John C. Hitt’s five goals is to promote diversity and inclusiveness in our community and it is our hope that the events planned will open the door to valuing and celebrating all of the accomplishments of members of our community. The Black History Month Committee is asking for your support and inviting you to attend the events planned throughout the month.
