Ready for your new job? Searching for a job can be intimidating. It’s important to know how to search for a job and what to do once you are hired.
The Division of Student Development and Enrollment Services’ Career Services and LGBTQ+ Services will host the 2nd annual LGBTQ Employer Panel and Networking Mixer on Tuesday, March 29 from 3 to 5 p.m. in the Student Union, Room 316AB.
A panel of experts will discuss resources available to assist students with their job search and will share tips for the best way to come out at work. Students can take time towards the end of the mixer to connect with panel members and share their personal experiences. This year, a new feature will allow students to ask questions privately with a text-in poll from any mobile device – responses will remain anonymous.
